Magento table rates

1. Go to System -> Configuration -> Shipping Methods
2. Select a website in Current Configuration Scope at the top left column
3. Click "Export CSV " button in the right column
4. Edit the CSV and load it with data then upload it again.

Note: weight and price values should be in: XX.XXX format. Example : 9.0000
